TOVIQ grew out of twelve years of connected products in production. There we watched good products stall after V1: stacked clouds, data held by others, support costing more every year.

- Why this method
In an IoT project, bad surprises show up early or cost a lot: an API that can’t do what everyone assumed, a scope that keeps growing. Scoping puts them on the table before you commit. Then a V1 with real users teaches more than any spec, and one request at a time means nothing is left half-done.
