- What you send by email or enter when booking a call: name, email, message, time slot. Optional, but without it we cannot reply. With your consent, audience data from Google Analytics: pages viewed, device, approximate location, an online identifier.

- Answering your requests and preparing a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); following up on our conversations (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)); measuring the site’s audience, with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
- Recipients
- Our providers, on our behalf: Google Workspace, Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) and Amazon Web Services. Transfers outside the EU under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
- Retention
- Three years after the last contact, unless the law requires longer. Google Analytics data: 14 months at most.
- Your rights
- Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection: hello@toviq.ai. You may also complain to the Spanish authority, the AEPD (aepd.es).
