A connected product or service keeps evolving after delivery: the slot lets you reorder your requests without renegotiating anything. For a truly closed scope, we offer a fixed-price project, quoted after scoping, from which the scoping fee is deducted.

Everything starts with scoping: 2 weeks, €3,000 excl. VAT. It ends with a firm quote: a fixed monthly price for the subscription (the slot), or an overall price for a fixed-price project. The €3,000 is deducted from a fixed-price project or the first slot month. The slot price depends on your scope: the number of products, brands and apps, the level of operation (with or without on-call) and the pace you want. The scoping report is yours, whether you go ahead or not.

Yes, it’s common. We take over what exists, bring the apps and clouds together, and migrate with no service interruption.

Our engineers scope every request, choose the approach, review and approve every delivery. AI speeds up production; it never ships on its own.

The slot is sold in deliveries, not days. A request is a delivery sliced to fit in a few days: a connector, an app screen, an alert, an export. Bigger? We slice it with you. You get about one a week on average. One active request at a time, carried by our engineers, augmented by AI, all the way to production, and a monthly check-in to show what was delivered. Several workstreams in parallel? Several slots.

In your cloud, in an EU or US region depending on your market. You remain the owner of your data.

The delivered code, the documentation and the access, already in your cloud. Everything is in your name.

Cloud costs, licences and third-party services, in your name; hardware, prototypes and certification; firmware and embedded, quoted separately; 24/7 on-call, as an option.

That’s common. We connect the manufacturers’ APIs and clouds (heat pumps, pool equipment, inverters, EV chargers, thermostats) to your platform, with a single data model, device control and AI agents for your operations and after-sales.

A platform is rented, per device and per year, forever, and your customers see its brand. Your own stack, deployed in your cloud, often costs less than a few years of that subscription: often a few euros per device per year. And it is yours.
